REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY FOR ROOTSALIZ

At ROOTSALIZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. RETURNS

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, or custom products, may not be eligible for returns.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rootsaliz.com or call us at (607) 847-6548. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number. Please do not send your item back without prior approval, as this may delay the return process.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. REFUNDS

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. The refund process may take 5-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. EXCHANGES
